International Deliveries

All orders are processed and shipped via DHL Express. Shipments are made during Colombian business hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that transit times may vary due to delays at Customs. If you have a problem with your order please contact us.

Juan de Dios is not responsible for charges, taxes or fees generated by said international shipments and/or by the Customs of each country. These Customs charges are the responsibility of the client.

A tracking number will be available when the order has been shipped. Juan de Dios will not be responsible for orders lost in transit.
